Ken Garvin, President and CEO of Pro 2712, LLC, has over thirty-five years of federal experience in law enforcement, security management, fire services and safety. His broad experience and training in this industry and profession provides for a high level of qualification as a security expert. He is able to provide an array of personal consulting in the areas of emergency planning, physical security, safety, and OSHA compliance.


Ken Garvin is very active in his church as a deacon, a member of the personnel team, and as the team coordinator of several groups including greeters, ushers, as well as the medical, security, shuttle and parking, and pastor security teams. Ken also served as a brotherhood director and a Sunday school teacher, as well as building and grounds manager, where he served as a non paid volunteer for five years. 


Ken Garvin enjoyed a thirty-five plus year career of service with the United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service. He served as a field federal law enforcement officer for twenty-six years, of which the last six years was spent as chief of law enforcement. The last nine years of his federal career, Ken served as chief of fire and emergency services. Some of his certifications and accomplishments are:

- Served thirteen years on the Federal Law Enforcement Special Events Team providing undercover operations, drug   interdiction, dignitary protection, and personal protection details for the President of United States, Secretary of the Interior, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives.

- Served as a law enforcement instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Brunswick, Georgia.

- Worked on planning for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta

- In 1999 Received “Employee of the Year Hammer Award” from the Vice President of the United States for his participation in the development of the Atlanta Federal Center, Emergency Operations Plan.

- Recognized for his participation in the development of the National Fire Plan.
